SHUTWWEP NPO believes that any projects aimed at women and most critically Youth empowerment should not be driven by finding quick fixes. These interventions should result into the acquisition of critical skills and the sustainable creation of jobs, employment most notably should contribute to the evolution and successful creation of small enterprises (SMMEs).
